As a hybrid experienced story teller, over the last eight years Rebecca’s work has woven strategic creative production with leadership and talent team building for in-house tech, publishing, advertising and creative agencies across photography and motion.

Influenced by her background as an award winning magazine visual editor for renown publications like the Sunday Times magazine, Wallpaper*, PORT & Avaunt, LUXX and the NewStatesman, Rebecca thrives on creating a distinct visual language and balancing the fast paced demands of brands. With over twenty years in industry, she is full of innovative ideas, a vanguard talent selection & intuitive foresight that can troubleshoot to reanimate & expand a creative brief or production.

Most recently she has spent her time crafting integrated global campaigns for print and digital at Adam and Eve agency and Saatchi Saatchi & Publicis Groupe, where she built the agency’s first in-house art production team for three years for clients like HSBC, EE, VISA, BT, P&O, Morrisons, Mercedes and Expedia. Her team’s work was integral to winning the new Publicis Groupe Nivea account and winning a Silver at Cannes Lion for Visa. She was formerly Airbnb’s first lead photography art director in EMEA, art directing and producing all OOH and internal photography and motion that sat cross-functionally for the brand.

Rebecca is also an Ambassador for the Ian Parry Scholarship, an international award for visual journalism of which she has been the long standing Creative Director . She is Co-founder of the Bruton Correspondence School, a lock down art communication collab. She is a mentor for photographers on strategic growth and a community youth leader.

Rebecca is driven by a sense of curiosity for visual culture and it’s processes, building community and a mission to create a joyful working environment.
